We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and qualified Front Desk & Membership Executive to join our team at Alpha Zone GYM. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping create a positive and welcoming gym environment while managing daily front desk operations smoothly.

Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors with a friendly attitude
Handle member check-ins and gym inquiries
Manage memberships, renewals, and registrations
Assist with billing, payments, and basic record keeping
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Answer calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Promote gym packages, offers, and fitness programs
Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth daily operations
Resolve member concerns in a professional manner

Requirements




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in reception, customer service, or gym front desk is a plus
Passion for fitness and customer service
