Designation: Production Engineer
Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra (pick and drop service form vasai station)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with a minimum of 3 -4 years of experience in a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving production processes while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Maintain daily production reports, work orders, and production records.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Reduce production losses, rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement activities.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Purchase,



and Store departments for smooth production operations.
Follow and implement SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Train and guide machine operators and production staff.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with company safety policies.
Support recent product development and process improvement activities.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
