Design and update job descriptions as per client requirements.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Craft recruiting emails and messages to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Conduct interviews with candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
Handle client communication and understand hiring requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
Coordinate the joining process and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Support Business Development (BD) activities by identifying potential clients and assisting in requirement generation.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
