Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ Years experience in multi-storey building projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision and execution of MEP works at site.
Coordination with civil, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting teams.
Monitoring daily site activities and manpower.
Ensuring quality standards and timely project execution.
Handling installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP services.
Preparing site reports and coordinating with contractors/vendors.
Ensuring safety compliance and proper material management at site.
Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of MEP systems.
Experience in residential/high-rise projects.
Valuable site handling and coordination skills.
Ability to manage manpower and project timelines.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
