We are hiring Freshers for the role of Accounts Associate (US Accounting). This is a great chance to start your career in international accounting and work with US-based clients using tools like QuickBooks and Xero.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
Record transactions (sales, expenses, journal entries)
Support Accounts Payable & Receivable
Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
Assist in month-end closing activities
Prepare basic financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs
Eligibility Criteria
B.Com Pursuing /B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting & journal entries
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to QuickBooks / Xero
Basic understanding of US Accounting

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off :Alternate Saturday and Sunday
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
