Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioners
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs related to compressors, motors, electrical controls, thermostats, and refrigerant systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and service schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and energy conservation practices.
Support maintenance of electrical, plumbing, DG sets, pumps, and other engineering systems as required.
Attend guest complaints related to air conditioning and engineering issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of required materials.
Assist in renovation, project, and facility improvement activities.
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.




Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hotels, hospitals, malls, or commercial buildings.
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance situations.
Preferred Candidates: Applicants from West Bengal, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
