Job Summary
The ETL Support Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of data management processes within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving support tickets, providing on-call assistance, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with quality standards. The role emphasizes the importance of technical expertise in ETL and data lake technologies to drive effective solutions and elevate the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Independently Resolve Support Tickets Related To Etl Processes And Data Lake Management, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions In Aws Environments.
Collaborate On Value-Adding Activities, Including Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, And Conducting Training Sessions For Current Team Members And Coaching Analysts.




Ensure Timely Resolution Of Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Contributing To Operational Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
Enhance Customer Experience And Maintain High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Open Cases.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency In Etl Tools And Processes, With A Solid Understanding Of Data Lake Concepts.
Familiarity With Aws Core Services, Aws Rds, And Aws Analytics.
Solid Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills For Effective Root Cause Analysis.
Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Work Independently Within A Fast-Paced Setting.
