Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Floor Supervisor (Trainee) to join our dyeing production unit in Perundurai. This is an entry-level position perfect for freshers who want to build a career in the textile and dyeing industry. No prior experience is required; complete on-the-job training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the senior supervisor in managing daily floor operations and production targets.
Monitor machine operators and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
Track fabric movement across different stages of the dyeing process.
Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the production floor.
Report daily production outputs and material usage to the plant manager.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
