We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, arranging interviews, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and supporting successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of open positions.




Support onboarding documentation and other HR activities when required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience in recruitment, staffing, consultancy, or HR operations is preferred.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
Good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and online recruitment tools.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring, domestic recruitment, or international recruitment.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings at the same time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
