At Artium Academy, India’s #1 Music Academy, we’re looking for an Academic Counsellor who can connect with aspiring learners, understand their goals, guide them toward the right music programs, and drive enrolments.

What You’ll Do
Connect with leads through calls and CRM platforms and convert them into trial bookings.
Understand learner requirements and recommend the right courses.
Coordinate trial classes, centre visits, teacher schedules and batch availability.
Follow up with leads and improve Lead-to-Booking and Booking-to-Visit conversions.
Support learners in selecting suitable batches and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Work closely with Centre Heads and music teachers to deliver an excellent learner experience.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and scheduling records using CRM and Google Workspace.

Who We’re Looking For




1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, operations or customer-facing roles.
Strong Tamil and English communication skills.
Confident, persuasive and customer-focused personality.
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with targets, CRM tools and performance metrics.
Good coordination, time management and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in EdTech, education, retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, inside sales or telesales is highly preferred.
A genuine interest in music or creative arts is an added advantage.
