Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients to understand, clarify, and document their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and executed.
Analyze business and process requirements and identify gaps or discrepancies.
Perform reconciliation between multiple Excel files, identify mismatches, and investigate differences.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
Handle data validation, comparison, and basic data analysis activities.
Work with API-related information and understand basic API concepts, data flow, and integrations.
Apply basic finance concepts while handling financial data and reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, requirements, and findings.
Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.




Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Escalate discrepancies, issues, and requirement gaps to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 0–3 years of experience. Freshers with strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and gather requirements effectively.
Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Filters and Sorting, basic formulas, data comparison, and reconciliation).
Basic understanding of APIs and API-based data exchange.
Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts, including transactions, balances, credits/debits, and reconciliation.
Graduate in B.Com, BBM, BBA, or BCA.
Solid attention to detail and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to interact with clients and work from the office in Mysore.
