Position: Tele Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the Counselling and Admission team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic student queries.
Maintain skilled communication with students and parents.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills: Tele-calling, student counselling, lead follow-up, target-oriented approach, and customer handling.

Pay: ₹10,163.78 - ₹14,605.99 per month
