Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in Housing Loan (HL) sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct market visits and field sales.
Source customers for Housing Loan products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
Conduct customer and property visits.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan sales.
Direct Sales / DST / Field Sourcing experience is required.
Experience in Housing Loan / Home Loan products.
Knowledge of loan documentation and sourcing processes.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.
