Training Process (Voice Process).

Key Responsibilities:
Calling existing & potential candidates for Stock Market Training Programs. Explaining stock market products, trading

benefits, brokerage plans, and investment opportunities.
Handling inbound & outbound calls related to training programs in stock market.
Lead generation and conversion for recent candidates.
Maintaining daily calling targets and updating CRM regularly.
Handling/counseling students visiting Institute For Admission.

Requirements / Eligibility:
Excellent Hindi + English communication skills (Must).
Positive convincing & negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Demat Account,



Trading will be a big advantage (training will be provided).
Fresher or experienced (both can apply).
Comfortable with high-volume calling.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
