Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of Civil/Mechanical materials, equipment, and services.
Source and develop current vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships.
Float RFQs, evaluate technical & commercial quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate price, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Understand BOQs, drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
Follow up with vendors for delivery, inspection, quality documents, and dispatch.
Identify cost-saving prospects and alternate vendors.
Maintain procurement records and MIS in ERP and MS Excel.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5–8 years in Procurement / Purchase, preferably in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
