To deliver high-quality instruction in English Language and Literature as per the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) curriculum, fostering critical thinking, communication, and global-mindedness among students.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the IBDP English curriculum.
Design formative and summative assessments aligned with IB standards and learning objectives.
Guide students in developing analytical and evaluative skills in reading a variety of texts.
Support students with their Internal Assessments (IAs) and Extended Essay research in English.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in curriculum planning, moderation, and team-oriented learning with the department.
Ensure academic integrity and adherence to IB principles and learner profile attributes.
Contribute to the school community through co-curricular activities, events, and IB-related programs.
Attend and contribute to staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and IB training workshops.
