Job Description

Position: Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing suitable academic programs and courses. This role primarily involves tele-counselling and telesales, where the candidate will connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Understand students’ academic needs and career goals.
Explain suitable courses, programs, and services.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.




Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, academic counselling, or sales is preferred.
Ability to handle objections and provide suitable solutions.
Target-oriented and confident in lead conversion.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
