Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and target-oriented Career Counselor to guide students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, USA, and other countries.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students based on their academic profile, career goals, budget, and preferences.
Provide guidance on suitable countries, universities, colleges, courses, and intakes.
Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Provide accurate guidance regarding the student visa process and documentation.
Handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain robust client relationships.
Manage leads and convert prospective students into successful enrollments.




Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Stay updated with changes in education and immigration policies.
Coordinate with admission, process, and visa teams for smooth application processing.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Strong knowledge of study-abroad destinations.
Positive sales, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Prior experience in overseas education/student counseling is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
