Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Visa Counselor & Telecallers specializing in study visas, tourist/visitor visas, and immigration processes for countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and others. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application process, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Who can apply
Candidates with experience in visa/immigration / overseas education counselling
Only experienced candidates should apply. Candidates without immigration experience will be directly rejected.

Key responsibilities
Counsel walk-in and online enquiries on study, tourist and immigration options (UK, Canada, Australia, USA, etc.)
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email to convert enquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of client status and follow-ups
Achieve monthly targets related to client meetings, applications and conversions





Required skills
Solid verbal communication in English and Hindi/Punjabi
Confident in speaking to clients over phone and in person
Valuable convincing and counselling skills
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, CRM tools)
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
