Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
Respond to customer queries and provide proper solutions.
Follow up with customers and maintain positive relationships.
Achieve daily/monthly sales and customer service.
Update customer details and call records in the CRM.
Positive communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
