Required E Commerce Associate for TPF Bharat Private Limited (Matta Naad Brand)

Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, images, and content across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Handle day-to-day operations on platforms including Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
Coordinate with category managers and platform representatives to improve product visibility and sales.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all online channels.
Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and platform-specific offers.
Monitor sales performance, advertising campaigns, customer reviews, and marketplace KPIs.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Resolve customer issues, returns, and order-related queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller performance ratings.

Preferred candidates with minimum 2 year of experience in the concerned field.
