Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Lajpat Nagar II, Delhi

Experience: 3+ Years

SAP EXPERIENCE PREFFERED

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries and maintain related records.
Coordinate invoice submissions to customers and ensure proper documentation.
Monitor and track transportation and shipment movements.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
Maintain day-to-day accounting and operational records.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatches, and documentation.
Ensure accuracy of data entry and timely updating of records.
Assist in reconciliation and preparation of reports as required.

Requirements:




Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts and Operations.
Hands-on experience in Sales Invoicing, GRN, and E-Way Bill generation.
Knowledge of GST-related documentation and invoice processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
