About the Role

We're looking for a Logistics Executive who can own order tracking and non-delivery management end to end across our Shopify website and marketplace channels (Myntra and Nykaa Fashion), and keep delivery performance tight in a high-volume environment.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end order tracking across our Shopify website and marketplace channels (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion)
Manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDR): identify, action, and close non-delivered shipments within SLA
Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Shadowfax) for smooth first-mile pickup and last-mile delivery
Handle exceptions: RTO, lost shipments, damaged parcels Track sales, returns, and order flow through Unicommerce
Maintain daily MIS on dispatch, delivery, RTO, and NDR rates Work with customer service to resolve delivery complaints proactively
Track and reduce RTO through follow-ups and address verification
Flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to cut TAT
Coordinate with the warehouse team on daily dispatch schedules

What We're Looking For




1 to 3 years of hands-on D2C or e-commerce logistics operations experience
Working knowledge of courier partners and their panels (Delhivery, Shadowfax, or similar) Hands-on experience with an OMS, ideally Unicommerce
Strong grip on NDR, RTO, FM, and LM workflows
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive written and verbal communication in Hindi and English

Nice to Have
Prior experience at a D2C fashion or lifestyle brand
Experience managing marketplace shipment cycles on Myntra and Nykaa Fashion seller panels

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
