Responsibilities and Duties
Proven Experience are required
Robust students counseling and interpersonal abilities
Student-centric approach
Daily Follow-ups
Converting leads into Walk-in with prospective students regarding courses, admissions, eligibility criteria, and career prospects
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions




Support applicants in completing application and documentation requirements.
Handle inquiries generated through digital campaigns, events, referrals.
Maintain & Update accurate records in CRM systems
Build solid relationships with students, parents, colleges, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams.
Prepare admission reports and counseling activity summaries
