To carry out in inspection and audit on daily basis.
Direct and coordinate daily operations of the QA department plant
Ability to solve problem by using 7QC tools.
To report any rejections, non-conformities, deviations immediately.
To maintain all testing and measuring instruments in calibrated and usable condition.
Take at least two improvement projects every quarter to report any rejections, nonconformities, deviations immediately.
Follow the System like 5S.
Analyse the data of Rejection/Rework & give feedback to Production In charge
SOP making skills, PPAP documentation basic knowledge, ISO & IATF documentation completion.
Develop quality plans to enhance performance
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Handle customer complaints
Monitor checking equipment's and ensure that they are in valuable working order
CMM handling
IATF, ISO Auditing experience




Ability to solve problem by using 7QC tools
FMEA, PPM Knowledge
