Position: Junior HR Executive / HR Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMIS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain personnel files and HR records.
Coordinate with plant departments for manpower planning and HR support.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant workplace.
Positive knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, attendance, and payroll.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
