You receive compensation when Straightforward Tech acquires a business you introduced.Your RoleIntroduce gaming companies whose founders or shareholders may be interested in discussing a sale or mergerSource prospects through your own network and relationships, not from public deal platforms or broker listingsBuild relationships with gaming founders, executives, shareholders, and other industry participants in your marketWhat We Are Looking ForWe are interested in acquiring established gaming businesses with:Multi-million-dollar EBITDAStrong and proven business modelsSustainable revenue and profitabilityEstablished products, customers,



or player basesExamples include mobile games, game studios, game publishers, gaming technology, gaming software platforms, tools, data, infrastructure, and other profitable businesses serving the gaming industry.We are not looking for early-stage startups or pre-revenue projects.
