Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Collections to lead a team of collection executives, ensure target achievement, and maintain smooth collection operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic collections, team handling, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-the-job training to current team members.
Monitor and track collection executives' daily performance.
Maintain MIS reports for the allocated portfolio.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve collection targets.
Coordinate with bank representatives and collection agencies.
Handle customer escalations and resolve critical cases.
Develop strategies to improve team performance.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
Manage team attendance and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.





Eligibility
Any Graduate.
1 - 3 years of experience in domestic collections.
Experience in team handling or supervisory roles preferred.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of the domestic collections process.
Target-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in banking/BFSI collections.
Ability to handle escalations and lead a team effectively.
Passionate about achieving team and business targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
