Support
the COO Malls by facilitating the business decision making process
through effective data collection, analysis and generation of solutions for
various business issues; review status reports and trackers to capture key




highlights to keep the COO Malls updated for necessary actions.

Key
Responsibilities

major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
- Review detailed MIS on business plans prepared by functions and
projects and prepare summary MIS to highlight any deviations from pre-defined
targets.
- Attending Meetings with COO-Malls to understand the status / progress
and critical aspects of the of the project and to keep track of such meetings
and the progress on the minutes
- Coordinate with all Center Heads to receive periodic information on
the status of all Malls in the prescribed formats and submit detailed MIS
report in timely manner.
- Prepare detailed spreadsheets and presentation material for top
management meetings
- Putting together an agenda for meetings and
sharing with all prior. Writing minutes of the meetings and circulating to
all concerned.
- Communicating with team members on COO�s
behalf from time to time as needed.
