Job Description:

⁠1. Exhibition Setup and Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end setup of exhibition stalls, including layout design,installation, and dismantling.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for materials and displays.
- On-Ground Execution:
- Supervise the implementation of branding, product displays, and promotional materials at events.
- Ensure all activities are completed as per the planned schedule and quality standards.
- Vendor and Team Management:
- Communicate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of assets.
- Guide support staff to maintain the stall and provide assistance to visitors.
- Visitor Engagement:
- Train and manage booth staff for effective customer interaction.
- Gather feedback and inquiries from visitors and share with the sales or marketing teams.
- Event Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor the on-ground performance of stalls during events.
- Address and resolve any operational issues swiftly.
- Post-Event Activities:
- Oversee the dismantling of the exhibition setup.
- Prepare event performance reports and share learnings with stakeholders.
