About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Head of Product role. The expectation is not just to
optimize flows, but to fundamentally redefine how trading works for millions of
users. You’ll step in at a critical inflection point, owning the next phase of
growth for a platform already operating at scale. This role is about expanding
into new product frontiers, unlocking new opportunities, and building
category-defining trading experiences.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building, and
launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow the crypto
economy.
* Work closely with fellow engineering, design, and business leadership to
define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver
tangible business outcomes.
* Identifying and defining KPIs and metrics for the team to set targets and
drive overall team performance.
* Hire, manage, and grow a team of Product Managers and help them to reach
their potential.
* Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up workplace where
change is constant and creativity is a must.
* Driving a cross-functional team with engineering, design, support, and
marketing to resolve end to end customer issues.
