The Senior Product Designer is responsible for shaping complex product experiences that require a strong understanding of user needs, business objectives, and system dependencies. The role focuses on structuring end-to-end user journeys, translating research insights into practical design solutions, and supporting teams in navigating ambiguous problem spaces.
Work at this level requires strong foundations in interaction design, service thinking, and visual design.
The role contributes to the development of scalable product patterns and ensures design outcomes remain consistent with established systems and accessibility standards.
Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and product capabilities, supports informed design decisions and efficient design workflows.
What you will deliver
Research and insight synthesis: Research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and behavioral observation are planned or supported. Insights are synthesized into journey maps, experience principles, and structured design recommendations.
Experience design: User journeys, task flows, and interaction patterns are defined for complex product workflows. Service blueprints may be created to illustrate user interactions and supporting system processes.
Design execution and prototyping: Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces are developed using established des
