Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from industrial clients and consultants for HVAC projects
- Achieve order booking targets as per sales plan
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned region and segment
- Ensure revenue and contribution targets are met
- Identify and develop new customers/accounts in the region
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and key clients
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies
- Conduct market research, competition analysis, and strategy planning
- Coordinate smooth handover of confirmed orders to the Project Management team
- Ensure timely advance collection and support payment follow-ups
