As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key member of the Business Delivery team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process for Banking client positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing channels and tools.
- Collaborate with the Business Delivery team to align recruitment efforts with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Banking industry.
