We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Sales Manager to lead sales and business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in IT sales, business development, and consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing the complete sales lifecycle.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic accounts, managing sales pipelines, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to understand client requirements and position technology solutions effectively will be highly valued.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, pipeline,



and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, inbound leads, and market research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend relevant Salesforce and IT solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly track opportunities, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, business presentations, and solution discussions.
