As a Trading Services Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals,



and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.

Job responsibilities
- Actively participate in change management initiatives, leveraging resources to minimize disruption and facilitate successful transitions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies in processes and proposing solutions based on data analysis.
- Manage all trade exceptions end-to-end, driving them to closure.
- Deliver best-in-class BAU execution; publish weekly KPIs/KRIs, analyze deviations from targets, and ensure follow-up on all aging items.
- Partner with associates to maintain regular communication with partner locations.
- Play a key role in audit reviews and control checks.
- Assist with preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans.
- Perform process research and investigations using the appropriate operational systems
