About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a rapid-scaling player in the Indian e-commerce & digital commerce enablement space, powering seamless customer journeys for D2C brands and marketplace sellers across Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities. We’re building smart, high-touch sales and retention systems that convert digital traffic into loyal customers—leveraging data, empathy, and hyper-localized outreach. If you’ve sold online and know how to turn cart abandoners into repeat buyers, we want you.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive direct customer sales via outbound calls, chat campaigns, and WhatsApp touchpoints—focused on converting leads, rescuing abandoned carts, and upselling high-margin SKUs.
- Own daily sales targets and conversion KPIs for assigned product categories or customer segments (new users, lapsed buyers, high-LTV cohorts).
- Collaborate with marketing & CRM teams to refine customer messaging, test offers, and deploy personalized retargeting flows.
- Document customer feedback, objections, and emerging buying trends—feeding insights back to product and pricing teams.




- Use CRM tools (e.g., Freshsales, HubSpot, Zoho) to log interactions, tag leads, and track sales pipeline health.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and telesales regulations (Telemarketing Guidelines, DND, etc.) and internal SOPs.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- Proven experience in e-commerce customer acquisition or retention sales (1+ years)
- CRM platform proficiency (Freshsales, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on conversion rates
- Data-driven sales mindset with tracking of daily/weekly KPIs
- Experience with WhatsApp Business or chat-based sales automation
- Comfort with performance dashboards and sales analytics tools
- Understanding of e-commerce buyer psychology and cart abandonment triggers
- Fluency in English + Hindi (or regional language based on assigned region)

Preferred
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or Flipkart Seller Platform
