About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Functional Consultant with a strong background in CRM Sales and hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The role involves supporting Sales and Service processes, end users, testing activities, training, and C4C implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support to the Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts, and C4C team.

Support end users across different countries and regions for SAP C4C Sales and Service modules.

Collaborate with business teams and different departments to support Sales and Service Cloud implementation activities.

Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into functional requirements and solutions.

Create, maintain, and continuously improve SAP C4C training documentation and user guides.

Organize and conduct training sessions for SAP C4C end users.

Support various testing activities, including:

User Department Testing

Regression Testing

UAT

Integration Testing

Coordinate with technical teams during implementation of functional/technical requirements and bug-fixing activities.

Assist in preparing business requirements and technical requirement documents.

Participate in issue analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement of C4C processes.

Support standardization and optimization of CRM Sales processes across business units and regions.

Required Skills

Solid hands-on experience with SAP C4C / SAP Cloud for Customer.

Strong functional background in CRM Sales processes.

Good understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
