Tasks
Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and BPM technologies to meet the company's business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features within the iBP framework.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality software development standards are maintained.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating best practices into daily work.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with Java, including knowledge of iBP and BPM solutions.




Robust problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrating accountability and commitment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively challenge and contribute to innovative software development projects.
