We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to support our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with global prospects, and creating new business opportunities in the IT software services space.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads by identifying and engaging with target accounts
Initiate conversations with potential clients to introduce company offerings and build interest
Conduct market research and data profiling to identify key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, VP IT, IT Head, etc.)
Reach out to C-level executives via email, calls, and skilled networking platforms
Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
Maintain and update customer information accurately in CRM systems
Follow up consistently with prospects and internal sales teams on active opportunities
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects within existing conversations




Gather contact details through various sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and databases
Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and events

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 Year of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT software products/services)
MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field
Solid research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify key stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email & phone)
Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives
Proficient in internet research and CRM tools
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
Content creation or communication-driven marketing exposure
