Position: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Location: Gurgaon
Reporting to: TA- Lead

Role Summary

The Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across projects and corporate roles, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business requirements. The role involves stakeholder management, team coordination, vendor handling, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, corporate, and project-based roles
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning, hiring needs, and timelines
Lead sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases
Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/management interviews
Single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates on hiring status, pipeline, and closures
Oversee BGV, documentation, and compliance as per company policy
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and periodic hiring reports
Ensure adherence to company hiring policies, TATs, and quality benchmarks




Support recruitment for bids, recent projects, and urgent mobilizations
Mentor and guide junior recruiters / TA team members

Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (infrastructure / engineering / consulting preferred)
Strong exposure to bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill hiring
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS
Valuable understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance, and BGV processes
