Job description
Promote and sell HVAC, BMS sensors, transmitters, instrumentation, and industrial automation products.
Identify recent business opportunities, develop prospects, and generate qualified leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, and end customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions and products.
Prepare accurate and competitive techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders to successfully close business.
Achieve and consistently work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business growth.
Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Travel for customer visits, meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.

Skills
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




Technical knowledge of sensors, transmitters, HVAC, BMS, instrumentation, or industrial automation products.
Experience working with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, system integrators, or end users will be an advantage.
Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into appropriate product solutions.
Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and take ownership of sales activities.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidates with a background in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related engineering disciplines are preferred.
