Job Purpose

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MHA / MBA

Relevant Experience:
5 – 7 + years of experience in Operations

Responsibilities
Implementing standards and protocols for proper functioning of respective departments.
Ensure maximum patient satisfaction across all functional areas.
To conduct daily rounds
To ensure all respective departments are adequately manned.
To identify gaps in the system and find remedial measures to fill gaps

in the shortest possible time.
Develop a solid feedback system wherein valuable feedback is captured both from internal and external customers.
Complaint / Grievance Handling.
Ensure cohorting of rooms are strictly adhered to.
Ensure grooming standards for all staff.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth functioning of all processes
