Job Description

Role Objectives:
Execute evidence-record centralization, maintenance and reuse-assessment activities within the Bengaluru GCM, ensuring records are complete, traceable and linked to approved evidence decisions

Support other Strategy Leads in PRO/COA benchmarking, IEP coordination, and scenario planning in support of R&D;, access, pricing, and commercial launch strategy decisions

Execute the analytical insight, documentation, and operational activities that underpin portfolio-level evidence plan governance

Work in an early-stage GCM role to support the Senior Manager and Associate Director in establishing the evidence-records and reuse operating model before later GCM builds

Key Responsibilities:




Initial Capability Build: Evidence Record Centralization & Maintenance
- Confirm required metadata for incoming evidence records, including record owner, asset, indication, and study linkage; identify and request missing information or clarification from the Global evidence owner
- Check record completeness against evidence repository requirements before upload
- Upload evidence records to the designated central repository, applying naming conventions, tagging, access controls, and retention category assignments
- Link records to relevant IEPs, evidence packages, study trackers, or reuse libraries where applicable
- Maintain evidence logs and version histories to support audit traceability and governance requirements; own ongoing repository hygiene including metadata integrity, version control, and archiving

Evidence Reuse Assessment
- Identify potential evidence for reuse for current assets, indications, and/or ma
