We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software testing, primarily in manual and integration testing, to support the Varta SaaS customer communication platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end QA validation across multi-channel communication systems (email, SMS, print, WhatsApp, push), complex workflows, and enterprise integrations. This role requires robust analytical ability, ownership mindset, and the capability to lead QA efforts across releases you will be responsible in ensuring high-quality,



secure, and compliant communication delivery across banking and enterprise clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements Review & Validation - Review and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability of Varta features and enhancements.

Test Strategy & Planning - Develop comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, and test cases covering complex workflows, orchestration logic, batch processing, and multi-channel communication scenarios.

Functional & End-to-End Testing - Execute functional, integration, end-to-end (E2E), regression, and data validation testing across SaaS deployments to ensure system stability and accuracy.
