We're
searching for a talented and experienced Visualiser to lead and inspire our design team. You'll
play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual solutions
across various mediums, from digital marketing materials
to print collateral. This role is ideal for a passionate
and strategic designer who thrives in a team-oriented
environment.

Pay Scale

Our budget for
this senior role is Upto INR 60,000 per month
(commensurate with performance).

Location
This
is a full-time, on-site position at our Churchgate, Mumbai office.

Responsibilities
- Lead the
design process from concept to execution, ensuring
high-quality visual assets for marketing materials
(digital & print), social
media graphics, and more
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc. ) to
understand project goals, target audience,
and brand messaging
- Manage a
project pipeline effectively, delivering
work on time and within budget
- Develop
creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining
brand consistency across all platforms
- Mentor junior designers, providing




constructive feedback and fostering their
professional growth
- Stay
ahead of design trends, exploring new techniques
and software to enhance the team's skillset
and deliver innovative design solutions
- Proactively
identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to
achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement
- Participate
in client meetings and presentations
- Oversee the
work of freelance designers or vendors, if applicable
- Assist
with design recruitment efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's
degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a
related field

Proficiency
in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other
design software. Addition UI/UX designing experience

Strong
understanding of design principles, typography, colour
theory, branding, and design strategy

A proactive
and adaptable attitude with a willingness to
learn and take on new challenges
