What you'll do
As a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of our developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving its evolution toward a highly automated, AI-augmented engineering environment. You will act as a technical leader, shaping architecture, best practices, and the adoption of modern technologies.
Your key accountabilities are:
- Own the design, evolution, and reliability of our CI/CD and developer platform architecture




- Evaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies, setting technical direction and standards
- Lead the implementation of AI-powered developer productivity solutions, including:
- Internal AI agents for CI/CD pipelines, incident resolution, and operational automation
- Intelligent assistants to improve developer workflows and reduce cognitive load
- Define and implement patterns for integrating AI using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks, ensuring secure and scalable interactions between LLMs and internal systems
- Drive the development of a self-service internal developer platform, enabling teams to deploy, test, and operate services independently
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices in DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoption
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and infrastructur
