What You'll Do
- Define, update, and deploy Supplier Quality processes and work instructions — and lead the training and follow-up that makes them stick.
- Monitor and report on Supplier Quality key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data is visible, accurate, and actionable.
- Manage Cost of Quality (CoQ) and Value-Based Buying (VBB) activities within the sourcing function.




- Drive Daily Management disciplines through dashboards and action trackers that keep teams focused and accountable.
- Serve as the go-to expert for digital tools and systems within the Supplier Quality organization.
- Support Hydro Supplier Quality teams during Corporate and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize interfaces and streamline quality processes end to end.

Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented quality professional who brings both technical rigor and cooperative instincts — someone who can build a system, explain it clearly, and bring a team along with you.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Proven experience in a Supplier Quality, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Supply Chain Quality role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience in the quality domain, including performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement.
