Description
FOR THE POST OF PROFESSOR
Essential :
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant discipline
- A Minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching/research and / or industry at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research leading to Ph.D degree/academic administration in a University or/and in any of its affiliated College or/and Research Institute or research Centre, wholly or in parts.

AND
- Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

AND
- Minimum Research Score of 120

AND
- Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.

OR
- In the event the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:
- First Class Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Significant qualified work which can be recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D. Degree in relevant discipline and industrial/professional experience of fifteen years managerial experience,



out of which at least eight years at senior level or in a position equivalent to the level of Associate Professor/Reader.
- Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.

FOR THE POST OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
- Essential :
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- A Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research and / or industry at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research leading to Ph.D degree/academic administration in a University or/and in any of its affiliated College or/and Research Institute or research Centre, wholly or in parts.

AND
- Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

AND
- Minimum Research Score of 75
