About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- The appointment is suited to a commercially aware, relationship-led professional with strong GID knowledge, senior stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to influence effectively across a matrix organization.
- Significant experience in project management or delivery, sales support, operations, relationship management, or a comparable business-facing role.
- Overall 15+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of GID experience within Worley, or equivalent global delivery experience.
- Robust understanding of GID capabilities, delivery models, office networks, and pursuit support requirements.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across regions, functions, and cultures.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use performance data and business insights to support decisions.
- Ability to operate across time zones and influence effectively without direct authority.
